From an idea
to a part you can test.

Turn practical ideas into physical prototypes, templates, jigs, and workflow aids through custom 3D modeling and printing.

Practical applications

  • Fit-check prototypes and physical mockups to evaluate an idea before the next revision.
  • Custom marking templates, positioning guides, and assembly aids for shop workflows.
  • Organizers, holders, and custom accessories developed around a defined task.

What your team can receive

  • A custom 3D design or preparation of a supplied model for printing, as scoped.
  • Printed prototypes or agreed small quantities for evaluation and use within the defined application.
  • Design iterations based on fit, handling, and feedback; digital files when included in the agreement.

Material, dimensions, tolerances, quantity, intended use, and delivery are reviewed before quoting. Suitability depends on the application and operating conditions. Printed prototypes and workflow aids are not represented as listed electrical components, engineered supports, or approved replacements for specified products.

How it works

Design. Print. Test. Refine.

01

Define the need

Share the task, dimensions, photos or sketches, and intended conditions of use.

02

Develop the model

Review the design, material options, fit requirements, and printing approach.

03

Print & evaluate

Produce the agreed prototype and review its fit and function with your team.

04

Refine & deliver

Incorporate agreed changes and prepare the final quantity and files included in scope.

Getting started

Have a part or workflow in mind?

Send a sketch, photos, dimensions, or an existing 3D file, along with the quantity and what the part needs to do. We’ll review feasibility and define the next step.
