01 / Electrical BIM modeling

A coordinated model.
A practical plan for installation.

We turn electrical drawings and project requirements into organized Revit models that help your team review routes, coordinate space, and prepare for installation.

Built around your project

Model the details
your team needs.

Support for industrial, healthcare, commercial, and logistics and distribution projects, shaped by electrical trade experience.

What we can model

  • Conduit pathways, banks, and racks with elevations and routing intent.
  • Electrical equipment layouts and space for access and maintenance.
  • Junction and pull box locations, supports, hangers, and sleeves as scoped.
  • Areas and assemblies intended for prefab planning and downstream detailing.

What your team can receive

  • An organized Revit model following agreed project standards.
  • Views and model exports for coordination and review.
  • Plan, section, and elevation views to communicate installation intent.
  • Model information prepared for agreed prefab, layout, or field documentation workflows.

The level of detail, model content, file formats, and drawing packages are defined with your team before work begins. Prefab fabrication details, material lists, and field layout packages can be scoped alongside modeling.

From panel schedules to planned routes

Conduit layout
& circuit population.

Connect your conduit routes to the panel and circuit information your team needs for installation planning.

Conduit layout

  • Develop conduit routes from electrical drawings, marked-up floor plans, and your team’s routing direction.
  • Identify start and end points, conduit sizes, elevations, and junction or pull box locations within the agreed scope.
  • Prepare basic floor plans showing the conduit layout for team review and field planning.

Circuit population

  • Populate conduit runs with panel and circuit references from supplied electrical plans and panel schedules.
  • Organize circuit grouping and home-run assignments using your team’s agreed routing and grouping rules.
  • Carry agreed circuit and conductor information into model parameters, tags, or schedules for review.
  • Flag missing or conflicting circuit information for your team to resolve.

Provide current electrical floor plans, panel schedules, routing markups, and your circuit grouping and labeling requirements. We confirm the model parameters, drawing outputs, and scope with your team before work begins.

How it works

From drawings to a usable model.

01

Define the scope

Review drawings, reference models, schedule, priorities, and required deliverables.

02

Set the standards

Agree on coordinates, levels, naming, model detail, and coordination expectations.

03

Model & coordinate

Develop electrical layouts, review interfaces with other trades, and incorporate team feedback.

04

Review & hand off

Review the scoped deliverables with your team and prepare the model for the next stage.

Getting started

Bring your plans. We’ll define the next step.

Share your electrical drawings, available architectural and structural references, project schedule, BIM requirements, and the areas where you need support. We’ll work with you to define a focused scope.
